Man found NCR for murder escapes Toronto psychiatric hospital
Toronto Police warn the public not to approach Dylan Sherief, 33, who escaped from a mental health facility after being found not criminally responsible for a 2022 murder. He was last seen near Queen St. W. and Ossington Ave.
