GoldInxs Mining Corp. Announces Leadership Overhaul in Preparation for Public Listing

GoldInxs Mining Corp., a privately-held gold exploration company based in Vancouver, has unveiled significant changes to its executive team as it gears up for an anticipated public listing. The company announced the appointment of Nick Michael as President and Chief Executive Officer, while founder Barry Miller will transition to the role of Chairman of the Board.

New Leadership Team and Strategic Appointments

Nick Michael brings over 37 years of global experience in mine development, engineering, and operational leadership to his new position. A veteran mining executive from the Denver area in the United States, Michael is expected to steer GoldInxs through its next growth phase. In addition to his appointment, the company has named Carlo Rigillo, a CPA and CA from Toronto, as Chief Financial Officer, and Stephen Soock, a P.Eng. and CFA also from Toronto, as a director.

The board of directors now comprises Barry Miller as Chairman, along with Alan Fabbro, Chris Kelly, Stephen Soock, and Darcy Vis, who serves as the vice president of exploration. This reshuffling is part of a broader strategy to strengthen corporate governance and operational expertise ahead of the planned public offering.

Preparations for TSX Venture Exchange Listing

In preparation for a mid-year public listing, GoldInxs has engaged Haywood Capital Markets to lead its initial public offering. The company aims to list on the TSX Venture Exchange in the first half of 2026, subject to meeting all listing requirements and obtaining approval from the TSXV. To support this effort, GoldInxs has contracted Ira M. Gostin, a seasoned Canadian markets investor relations executive, to oversee its IR activities.

It is important to note that the proposed listing is contingent upon the company fulfilling the TSXV's initial listing conditions, and there is no guarantee that approval will be granted or that the listing will proceed as intended.

Company Overview and Project Portfolio

GoldInxs is an early-stage gold exploration company focused on acquiring and advancing high-quality mineral assets with strong discovery potential across the Americas. The company's portfolio includes the Fishpot project in Central British Columbia and the Millar project located in the Golden Triangle of Northwestern British Columbia, both regions known for their mineral-rich landscapes.

As a privately-held entity, GoldInxs is positioning itself to capitalize on opportunities in the mining sector, with its leadership changes and public listing preparations reflecting a strategic push towards enhanced market visibility and growth.
