Paul Edwards brings over three decades of Human Resources leadership experience, primarily within complex, science-driven organizations. He joins Ardena after a 16-year tenure at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where he most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources. During his time at Catalent, Edwards led international HR teams across multiple business units and geographic regions, developing people strategies that aligned with operational expansion, organizational design, and leadership development.
