Paul Saville-King Appointed Group CEO at Unispace

Former CBRE Executive Takes Helm at Global Workplace Solutions Leader

Unispace, a prominent global firm specializing in integrated workplace strategy, design, and construction, has announced a significant leadership change. The company has appointed Paul Saville-King as its new Group Chief Executive Officer, effective February 2026. This strategic move positions the experienced real estate executive to guide Unispace through its next phase of international expansion and market development.

Proven Leadership from Commercial Real Estate Giant

Saville-King joins Unispace from CBRE, the world's largest commercial real estate services organization, where he held several high-profile executive positions. His most recent role was Chief Product Officer of Global Workplace Solutions, preceded by his tenure as Global President of Project Management. During his time at CBRE, he demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities by overseeing more than 10,000 professionals worldwide and serving as Chief Transition Officer during CBRE's strategic investment in Turner & Townsend.

His career foundation includes substantial experience in technical operations and leadership roles, having spent seventeen years with Honeywell and serving a decade on the board of Norland Managed Services. This diverse background provides him with unique insights into both the technical and strategic aspects of workplace solutions.

Strategic Vision for Evolving Workplace Landscape

"The importance of the workplace is fundamentally changing," Saville-King commented regarding his new appointment. "Unispace stands out as one of the few companies globally that can genuinely integrate strategy, design, and construction to create workplaces that drive organizational performance, rather than merely housing people. I'm excited to collaborate with the team and our clients to fulfill this promise."

Jodi Ingham, Managing Director at PAG, expressed confidence in the appointment, stating, "Paul brings the ideal combination of industry knowledge, global perspective, and leadership experience for where Unispace is heading. We view this appointment as a crucial step in strengthening the business and supporting its next growth phase."

Focus Areas for Global Expansion

In his capacity as Group CEO, Saville-King will concentrate on several key strategic initiatives:

  • Strengthening Unispace's integrated global delivery model to enhance service consistency across markets
  • Deepening sector partnerships to expand the company's reach and capabilities
  • Supporting clients as they navigate changing real estate conditions in global markets
  • Advancing the company's position in technology, life sciences, legal, financial, and professional services sectors
