Nobel Updates Cuprita Project, Plans Pampa Austral Drilling

Nobel Resources Corp. (TSX-V: NBLC) has provided an update on its Cuprita and Pampa Austral projects in northern Chile, along with changes to its management and board of directors. The company reported that initial drilling at the Cuprita Project intersected a wide section of mineralized and altered porphyry, with holes 3, 4, and 5 showing anomalous copper values ranging from 0.1% to 0.2% in mineralized veins and veinlets stockwork containing mainly pyrite.

Drilling Results and Future Plans

According to the company, the drilling to date has intersected a pyrite shell typical of the edges of most copper-mineralized porphyry systems. Nobel believes that further work is warranted to identify a high-grade copper zone within the system. The technical team has commenced additional geophysical and alteration studies to better target the next phase of drilling at Cuprita. Additionally, the company announced plans to drill the Pampa Austral Project, located in the same region.

Management and Board Changes

Nobel also announced that Larry Guy, interim Chief Executive Officer and director, and Damian Lopez, corporate secretary, have resigned effective immediately. Vernon Arseneau, previously Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed as the new CEO. Wanda Roque, an experienced law clerk in Ontario who has served as corporate secretary to several public companies since 2007, replaces Mr. Lopez as Corporate Secretary.

Furthermore, Denis Archambault has been appointed to the board of directors. Mr. Archambault holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from the University of Ottawa and has 25 years of experience in the real estate and finance industry. He currently serves on the Finance and Investment Committee of two pension funds and on the board of a publicly traded tech company in Ottawa, as well as a privately held hotel and multi-use property in Miami, Florida.

CEO Statement

Vernon Arseneau, incoming CEO, commented: "This is the first drill campaign of any kind to test this newly identified large porphyry system. Drilling has confirmed that this is a large, bona fide mineralized porphyry system. We have not yet identified a high-grade copper zone within it, but the geological components strongly support conducting further work on the system."

The company's exploration surveys over the past year identified key geological and geophysical characteristics typically associated with mineralized porphyry copper systems at Cuprita, leading to a diamond drill campaign that began in January 2026.
