Jon Stewart Slams RFK Jr. for Abandoning Wife at WHCD

Jon Stewart, host of The Daily Show, on Monday night highlighted unusual moments from the weekend's White House Correspondents' Association Dinner, where a gunman attempted to gain entry. Stewart noted that the incident revealed the true colors of several key figures, particularly from the Trump administration.

RFK Jr. Flees Without Wife

Stewart pointed out that Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was quickly escorted away by Secret Service agents, leaving his wife, actress Cheryl Hines, behind. Video footage showed Hines with her arm extended, desperately reaching out for help as she was left outside the protective bubble surrounding her husband.

Stewart remarked, "How fucked up is that scene?" He contrasted Kennedy's actions with a man in the foreground who was protecting his pregnant wife as they both fled. "See, RFK? Turned out, that's an option," Stewart said. "You can protect your wife instead of, I don't know, beating her to the escape pod."

Stephen Miller Outshines Kennedy

Stewart revealed that the man protecting his wife was Stephen Miller, Trump's deputy chief of staff and architect of strict anti-immigration policies. "The guy who outshined you is Stephen fucking Miller!" Stewart exclaimed. "That's who outshined you! That's who was more chivalrous!"

Stewart described Miller as "a guy who probably jerks off to the new 'Faces of Death' movie," then told Kennedy: "And now, for the rest of your life, your wife is gonna ask you a question no one's ever asked before, ever: 'Why can't you be more like Stephen Miller? Why?'"
