Vior Gold Hits 12.8 g/t Au Over 2.0m and 5.45 g/t Au Over 3.0m at Ligneris
Vior Gold Intersects High-Grade Gold at Ligneris Project

BROSSARD, Quebec – Vior Gold Corporation Inc. (TSXV: VIO, OTCQB: VIORF, FRA: VL5) has announced additional results from its ongoing 20,000-meter drill program at the wholly-owned Ligneris Project, situated 55 kilometers northwest of Amos in the Abitibi region of Quebec.

High-Grade Intercepts Extend Mineralization

Drillhole LI-26-010-EXT, positioned 50 meters southeast of the previously reported hole LI-26-005-EXT (which returned 5.64 g/t Au over 4.0 meters on March 17, 2026), intersected 5.45 g/t Au over 3.0 meters, including 14.8 g/t Au over 1.0 meter. This interval confirms the continuity of high-grade gold mineralization at depths exceeding 650 meters vertically. The mineralization is hosted in a strongly altered rhyolite characterized by sericite alteration and local patchy to pervasive silica, with trace to 2% pyrite. Additionally, LI-26-010-EXT returned a broad low-grade interval of 0.79 g/t Au over 40.3 meters, including 1.19 g/t Au over 15.0 meters at a vertical depth of 580 meters.

Further Results from the South Zone

Drillhole LI-26-012, collared 430 meters northeast of hole LI-26-002 (which returned 35.2 g/t Au over 3.0 meters on March 17, 2026), yielded 12.8 g/t Au over 2.0 meters, including 22.3 g/t Au over 0.5 meters. The mineralization occurs as finely disseminated pyrite (trace to 5%) in strongly silicified bands of centimetric to decametric scale within a strongly sericitized rhyolite. Drillholes LI-26-014 and LI-26-007 intersected 38.3 g/t Au over 1.0 meter and 21.7 g/t Au over 1.0 meter, respectively. These holes are located on the southwestern extension of the South Zone mineralized structure. Hole LI-26-007 appears to correlate with the intercept in hole LI-26-006 (1.10 g/t Au over 24.2 meters) reported on March 17, 2026. Whole-rock geochemistry has confirmed the continuity of the alteration trend westward, and these new results underscore the area's fertility.

CEO Comments and Program Update

Mathieu Savard, President and CEO of Vior Gold Corporation, stated: “With today’s results, we demonstrate the continuity of the South Zone mineralized structure, which has now been identified over more than 650 meters laterally and 650 meters vertically. Moreover, broader low-grade mineralized intervals continue to be intersected, indicative of a larger gold system. A closer look at the high-grade intercepts from March 17, 2026, revealed visible gold in two of the best intervals, characterized by silica and black chlorite typically found near VMS systems. We are very encouraged by these results, which warrant additional drilling to further assess this large gold system.”

To date, Vior has completed approximately 17,000 meters of drilling at Ligneris, with 5,725 assays received and 9,920 pending at the laboratory. The company is currently operating two drill rigs at Ligneris and expects to complete the first phase of drilling later this spring. Simultaneously, preparations are underway for the first drilling campaign on the recently acquired Kinebik Project, anticipated to begin early this summer.
