Windsor Police Arrest Three in Teen Sexual Assault

Windsor police have charged three suspects in connection with the drugging and sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl at a gathering on June 21.

Incident Details

The assault took place at a residence in the 800 block of St. Louis Avenue. According to investigators, the teenager was given a drink laced with an unknown substance that significantly impaired her. She was then sexually assaulted by two suspects.

During the incident, a second female was physically assaulted after trying to intervene, police reported.

Arrests and Charges

An 18-year-old male was arrested on June 22 at a residence in east Windsor. He faces charges of sexual assault and assault.

A 19-year-old male and a 17-year-old male surrendered at Windsor Police headquarters on June 23. The 19-year-old is charged with sexual assault. The 17-year-old is charged with choking, sexual assault, overcoming resistance to commit an offence, and administering a drug.
