Former JPMorgan banker Chirayu Rana, who previously claimed he was his boss's sex slave, has escalated his lawsuit with new allegations, including an attempted threesome. The lawsuit has sent shockwaves through Wall Street, detailing multiple unwanted sexual encounters orchestrated by brokerage executive Lorna Hajdini.
New Witness Claims
An anonymous witness, described as a family friend of Rana, has provided statements about an alleged sexual encounter with Hajdini in 2024. The witness claims he was staying at a New York City apartment when a drunken Hajdini entered the room. According to the document, a completely naked Hajdini woke him up and demanded he participate in a threesome with her and Rana. She allegedly lit a cigarette and begged him to join them in the bedroom.
The witness further claims Hajdini warned him, "You know I own (redacted), so you better come join." He later heard Rana pleading, "No, no, no, you have to leave. I'm not going to do this. Please stop."
JPMorgan's Response
JPMorgan and Hajdini have denied all accusations. Sources told the New York Post that an internal probe reviewing emails, records, and devices found zero evidence of wrongdoing. Hajdini cooperated fully, while Rana did not. Additionally, the tabloid reported that Rana allegedly lied about bereavement leave for his father's death, who was found alive and well.
In the latest filing, Rana claims he confided in his friend about how Hajdini constantly harassed him and forced him into sexual behavior, threatening him with trouble if he refused. Earlier that month, Hajdini was allegedly handsy with Rana at a Kygo concert at Barclays Center. Rana now claims he suffers from PTSD, confirmed by a psychotherapist's letter included in the filing.
Another anonymous witness claims to have seen Hajdini kissing Rana's neck on the street in summer 2024. In September, the landlord allegedly overheard Hajdini say, "I own you, Brownie." Both witness affirmations were signed in July 2025. In a June 2025 email, Rana told his therapist he couldn't sleep and kept hearing Hajdini's voice, fearing for his safety.
