VPD Seeks Victims After South Vancouver Vandalism Spree

Vancouver police are seeking additional victims after more than a dozen vehicles were vandalized while parked on South Vancouver streets over the past week. The incidents, which include slashed tires and keyed cars, have occurred between Fraser Street and Victoria Drive and between East 45th and East 61st avenues.

Police Appeal for Information

Const. Megan Lui stated that investigators believe the incidents are related and are appealing to the public for help in identifying the person or people responsible for the vandalism spree. “We believe there are possibly more victims who have had their vehicles damaged and may not have reported it to police,” she said in a news release on Friday.

How to Report

Anyone who has had their vehicle damaged, or anyone with CCTV footage or information about the vandalism, is asked to contact police at 604-717-3321.
