Rogers Stadium is elevating its culinary offerings for its second concert season, which begins May 23 with five Bruno Mars shows. Liberty Oak View Entertainment (LOVE) announced the expansion of food options, including artist-inspired features tailored to headlining acts.
Bruno Mars-Inspired Menu
For Bruno Mars' Romantic Tour, the stadium will serve Uptown Funky Fries, which can be paired with the pop icon's favorite cocktail, the Hollywood Colada, served in an iconic Shaker Cup.
Season-Round Staples
New permanent offerings include wine guitars, the viral Sushi Pop, expanded barbecue and smokehouse items such as brisket and pulled pork, popcorn chicken in souvenir beer cans, and the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich.
Classic stadium favorites like poutine, chicken tenders, Philly cheesesteak sliders, and smash burgers will remain available.
Elevated Dining Experience
LOVE vice president Luca Di Donato stated, "We are proud to create a true food and beverage destination at Rogers Stadium to support the incredible live entertainment. Through innovative culinary offerings, we are redefining the stadium experience and raising expectations for what dining at a live entertainment venue can be."
OVG Hospitality president and LOVE co-founder Ken Gaber added, "Rogers Stadium is setting a new benchmark for how hospitality shows up in a concert environment. The 2026 season is about designing an experience where culinary, service, and atmosphere are built to match the scale and energy of the artists on stage."
Premium and Social Spaces
The American Express and Birkenstock Lounges will offer full-service dining with items like grilled Miami-style short ribs, Korean dumplings, and matcha churro poutine. Premium suites will feature shrimp tempura, crispy duck spring rolls, wagyu and caviar selections, and suiteside Caesar salad preparation.
A new Labatt Beer Garden will debut as a high-energy social hub with a stage for live performances and DJ sets, a bar, and shareable snacks.
