The Ottawa Police Service is urgently requesting assistance from the public in their search for a missing 13-year-old girl. The youth, identified as Kleve-Lyn Larocque-Franko, was reported missing after she was last seen on Thursday, November 13.

According to an official police news release, Kleve-Lyn was last seen in the Debra Avenue area, which is located west of Mooney's Bay. The sighting occurred at approximately 4:40 p.m. on November 13.
Police have provided a detailed description of the missing teen to aid in the search. She is described as a White female with a medium build and brown hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing her hair in a double ponytail hairstyle and had on a black winter jacket.
