Peel Police Arrest Four in Human Trafficking Investigation Involving Young Girls
Peel Regional Police have announced the arrest and charging of four individuals in connection with a human trafficking investigation that began in January 2024. The case involves several young female victims, aged 11 to 14 years old, who were allegedly trafficked and exploited in the sex trade across the Greater Toronto Area.

According to a press release from Peel police, the investigation was conducted by the vice and human trafficking unit. It is alleged that the suspects used coercion, manipulation, and threats of physical violence to maintain control over the victims while financially benefiting from their exploitation. This week, police confirmed the arrests of three adults and one young offender.
The three adults who have been identified are Mohamad Omar Al-Saleh, 21, from Toronto; Mustafa Abdo, 22, from Toronto; and Yousif Al-Gburi, 20, from Mississauga. They face charges including obtaining sexual services for consideration involving a person under 18 years, sexual assault of a female under 16 years, and sexual interference.
Charges Against the Young Offender
A 15-year-old young offender, whose identity is protected under the law, has been charged with multiple offenses. These include procuring a person under 18 years on three counts, receiving benefit from trafficking in persons on two counts, material benefit from the sexual services of a person under 18 years on two counts, exercise of control, direction, or influence on three counts, and trafficking in persons under 18 years on two counts.
