Montreal police have issued a public appeal for assistance in locating a teenage girl who has been missing since Halloween afternoon. Authorities are growing increasingly concerned for her safety.

Fransuze Pierre-Louis, 15, was last seen at approximately 1:20 p.m. on Thursday, October 31, in the Pierrefonds-Roxboro borough. Despite ongoing efforts, her whereabouts remain unknown more than two weeks after her disappearance.

Description and Last Known Clothing

Investigators have provided a detailed description of the missing teen in hopes that a member of the public may recognize her. Pierre-Louis is described as 5-foot-2 tall and weighing approximately 130 pounds. She has brown eyes and long braided black hair with distinctive red highlights.

When she was last seen, she was wearing a white puffer coat, a black long-sleeved sweater, and black leggings. Police believe she initially disappeared on foot but may now be using public transit or traveling by car.

How the Public Can Help

The Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) has emphasized that they fear for the teenager's safety and are urging anyone with information to come forward immediately.

Anyone who has seen Fransuze Pierre-Louis or has any information regarding her current location is asked to call 911 or contact their local police department without delay. Even seemingly insignificant details could prove crucial to investigators working to locate the missing girl and ensure her safe return.
