Regina's golf season has officially begun as three of the city's public golf courses opened their doors to enthusiasts on Wednesday. Tor Hill Golf Course, Murray Golf Course, and Joanne Goulet Golf Course are now welcoming players, marking the start of the 2026 season.
Early Bird Rates and Amenities
Golfers can take advantage of early bird rates, which offer discounted green fees for those who book tee times in advance. The courses have undergone seasonal maintenance, including fairway grooming, bunker renovations, and clubhouse upgrades. Tor Hill Golf Course, known for its challenging layout and scenic views, has introduced new signage and improved cart paths.
Murray Golf Course, a favorite among local players, has expanded its practice facilities and added new rental equipment. Joanne Goulet Golf Course, which caters to both beginners and experienced golfers, has updated its pro shop and dining options.
Booking and Schedule
Tee times can be reserved online or by phone. The courses are open daily from dawn until dusk, weather permitting. City officials encourage golfers to book early to secure preferred slots, especially on weekends. The season is expected to run through October, depending on weather conditions.
