ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has announced the ROG Masters North America 2026, an open esports tournament inviting eligible gamers from Canada and the United States to compete in VALORANT and Street Fighter 6. The tournament features a combined prize pool of US$10,000, split evenly between the two titles, and will culminate in live finals at Game Con Canada in Edmonton, Alberta.
Tournament Structure and Registration
Registration for both tournament titles is now open. Competitors can sign up via dedicated pages: VALORANT registration is available at https://ca.rog.gg/ROGMasters2026_Valorant, and Street Fighter 6 registration at https://ca.rog.gg/RogMasters2026_SF6. The online qualifiers are scheduled for May 30–31, 2026, with the top four VALORANT teams and top eight Street Fighter 6 players advancing to the offline finals on June 21, 2026.
Two Game Titles, One Challenge
Players can choose their battleground: tactical 5v5 competition in VALORANT or solo combat in Street Fighter 6. For VALORANT players without a team, a free agent pool is available, allowing team captains to build rosters or random placement for unselected players. The VALORANT qualifiers will determine the top four teams, while Street Fighter 6 qualifiers will identify the top eight players for the live finals.
Celebrating ROG's 20th Anniversary
Created as part of ROG's 20th anniversary celebration, the tournament embodies the spirit of 'For Those Who Dare.' Shawn Chang, General Manager of the System Business Group at ASUS North America, stated: 'ROG has always been built around those who dare to push the limits of gaming, compete harder, and create unforgettable moments. With ROG Masters North America 2026, we’re excited to give players across Canada and North America a platform to test their skills online, connect with the community, and compete live on stage at Game Con Canada.'
