DoorDash Driver Indicted for Filming Naked Customer

A DoorDash driver in New York State has been indicted after allegedly filming and posting a TikTok video of an unconscious naked customer. Olivia Henderson, 23, appeared in Oswego County Court as a grand jury moved forward with felony charges related to the incident that occurred during a delivery in 2025.

Details of the Incident

The video, which showed the man inside his home, garnered nearly 30 million views before being taken down. According to court documents, Henderson was accused of 'degrading' the victim by recording 'intimate parts of such person at a place and time when such person has a reasonable expectation of privacy, without such person’s knowledge or consent.'

Henderson's Defense

Henderson claimed the incident amounted to sexual harassment and filed a police report after posting the video. In a TikTok video, she stated: 'My customer requested that my order be left at their front door, and when I arrived at their house, their front door was wide open, and they were within eyesight of the front door, laying on the couch, indecently exposed to me.'

Investigation Findings

Investigators determined that the man was passed out drunk in his house and had no exchanges with Henderson. She was subsequently arrested and charged with one count of unlawful surveillance in the second degree and one count of dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree. If convicted, Henderson faces up to eight years in prison.

Company Response

DoorDash confirmed that Henderson's account was deactivated following the incident. The company stated: 'Posting a video of a customer in their home, and disclosing their personal details publicly, is a clear violation of our policies. That is the sole reason that this Dasher’s account was deactivated, along with the customer’s, while we investigated.'

The case highlights the serious legal consequences of violating privacy laws, especially when sharing sensitive content on social media platforms.
