MioCommerce, a leading all-in-one e-commerce platform for home and commercial service businesses, has unveiled a new four-tier pricing model designed to accommodate businesses at every stage of growth. The announcement was made on April 30, 2026, from Montreal.
New Pricing Structure
The four tiers—Essentials, Startup, Grow, and ProMax—replace the previous pricing model. Essentials and ProMax are entirely new plans, while Startup and Grow have been retained but repositioned. The structure aims to serve solo entrepreneurs and scaling businesses alike.
Essentials ($19/month billed annually) is an entry-level plan that includes a professional website, 20 monthly bookings, one user, service request or live pricing, real-time booking pages, instant invoicing, quick quoting, Mio Payments (powered by Stripe), a Service In My Hood profile, and a visual website builder. This plan removes barriers for new businesses launching online.
Startup ($67/month billed annually) targets solo entrepreneurs ready to scale. It includes unlimited bookings, a starter CRM, advanced quoting, smart calendar, customer portal, payment automation, and QuickBooks integration.
Grow ($127/month billed annually) is the most popular plan, built for teams needing coordination. It offers dispatching, scheduling, and team management tools to manage multiple staff, jobs, and customers.
ProMax is a premium plan for large, multi-location businesses, though specific pricing and features were not detailed in the release.
Key Features for All Plans
All plans include a fully hosted professional website that can go live in seconds using a MioCommerce sub-domain or custom domain. Customers can book appointments, issue invoices and quotes instantly. New AI automations help reduce operational costs across all tiers.
“It’s a pricing model built around the different growth stages of a home and commercial service business,” said Franc Botti, Co-Founder and CEO of MioCommerce. “A solo entrepreneur opening a handyman services business this weekend doesn’t have the same needs or budget as an established business whose priorities may be to optimize their team’s productivity. With Essentials, Startup, Grow, and ProMax, we’ve built four subscription levels so every business can start in the right place and expand as they scale.”
The new model ensures that businesses, from first-time website launchers to those consolidating a full tech stack, have appropriate options. MioCommerce continues to add features, including AI-driven tools, to benefit all customers.
