A man suffered serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle in North York on Friday afternoon. The incident occurred in the area of Yonge Street and Steeles Avenue, a busy intersection in the northern part of Toronto.
Emergency crews, including paramedics and police, responded to the scene shortly after the call was received. The victim was transported to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, according to paramedics.
