Flair Airlines Pilots Reach Tentative Deal with Carrier

Flair Airlines pilots have reached a tentative agreement with the company after 10 months of negotiations, marking the latest Canadian carrier to secure a deal with its pilot union in recent years.

Key Details of the Agreement

The three-year tentative agreement includes key priorities identified by Flair pilots, such as improved compensation, a path to better career progression, scheduling rules, and quality of life provisions.

Flair members of the Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA), which represents about 270 of the airline’s pilots, will review and vote on whether to ratify the agreement over the coming weeks.
