Renforth Resources Accelerates Exploration on Globex's Parbec Gold Royalty Property

Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. has announced significant progress in exploration activities being conducted by Renforth Resources Inc. on the Parbec gold royalty property located in Malartic township, Quebec. The property, which straddles the gold-rich Cadillac Break geological formation, is situated approximately six kilometers northwest of the large Canadian Malartic Gold Mine open pit operation.

Substantial Mineral Resources Identified

According to a recently updated NI 43-101 Technical Report prepared by Yann Camus P. Eng. of SGS Canada Geological Services, the Parbec property contains substantial gold resources. The report indicates a Measured and Indicated Resource of 9.61 million tonnes grading 0.86 grams per tonne gold, equivalent to approximately 265,800 ounces of gold. Additionally, the property hosts an Inferred Resource of 2.55 million tonnes grading 1.18 grams per tonne gold, representing roughly 97,000 ounces of gold.

Globex Mining retains a significant 3% Gross Metal Royalty on all production from the Parbec property, positioning the company to benefit from any future mining operations. The technical report, dated May 22, 2025, is publicly available through Globex's website and the SEDAR regulatory filing system.

Current Exploration Activities Underway

Renforth Resources is currently conducting extensive stripping operations across an area measuring approximately 325 meters by 120 meters. This work aims to expose portions of the Cadillac Break-related gold deposit for detailed geological examination. The company plans to begin outcrop cleaning and systematic channel sampling in April 2026, or as soon as seasonal snow conditions permit.

The ongoing stripping operations are expected to generate valuable new structural and geological data that will directly support Renforth's planned 2026 drill program. Additionally, this surface work will expose the targeted bulk sample area, providing crucial information for future development decisions.

Strategic Advantages and Development Potential

Globex executives have expressed satisfaction with the steady advancement of the Parbec project, noting several strategic advantages that enhance its development potential:

  • The property already features underground access via a ramp extending to the mineralized zone
  • Significant open-pit mining potential has been identified
  • The deposit's proximity to the Town of Malartic provides access to established infrastructure
  • Availability of skilled labor and local supplies reduces operational challenges

Jack Stoch, P. Geo., Executive Chairman and CEO of Globex Mining Enterprises, prepared this update in his capacity as a Qualified Person under NI 43-101 regulations. The company has emphasized that the project benefits from its location within a well-established mining district with existing infrastructure and support services.

Renforth Resources' February 26, 2026 press release provides additional details about the ongoing exploration program. The collaborative effort between Globex and Renforth represents a significant step forward in evaluating the economic potential of the Parbec gold property, with both companies positioned to benefit from successful exploration outcomes.
