The Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) has announced that tickets for its 2026 Prize Home are now available, with this year's grand prize located in Surrey, British Columbia. The home, built by Foxridge Homes, is situated at 10100 Elderberry Crescent in northeast Surrey, nestled between Tynehead Regional Park and Barnston Island. Valued at over $2.3 million, the residence spans 4,117 square feet across three levels, featuring seven bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, along with a separate two-bedroom legal suite.
Design and Amenities
The PNE describes the home as "a bright and welcoming family haven," complete with an art room and games room. The interior blends soft neutrals with warm woods and playful pops of colour, creating a stylish and livable atmosphere. The prize package includes furnishings from Paramount Home & Design, appliances and electronics from Samsung, a B.C. Hydro EV charger, and a Husqvarna yard maintenance package.

In addition to the Surrey home, ticket holders are eligible for a range of other prizes:
- Five vehicles from Chevrolet and Cadillac
- Five $10,000 cash prizes
- Two $10,000 Metropolis at Metrotown shopping sprees
- Two seven-day cruises for two with Celebrity Cruises, plus $1,500 cash

Tours and Ticket Information
Public tours of the prize home begin June 20 and continue every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. until August 15. Free tickets for tours can be obtained through TicketLeader starting in June. Tickets for the prize home lottery are on sale now at the same prices as last year: two for $35, six for $80, 15 for $165, and 30 for $285. They can be purchased online, through the PNE call centre at 604-678-4663 or toll free at 1-877-946-4663, and at select mall locations after June 1.
