Pop superstar Charlie Puth has officially announced his Whatever's Clever! World Tour, with a highly-anticipated stop in Vancouver scheduled for this spring. The tour announcement comes fresh on the heels of news that Puth will perform the American national anthem at Super Bowl LX in San Francisco on February 8.
Tour Details and Vancouver Stop
The global tour, named after Puth's upcoming fourth studio album, will kick off on April 22 at the Viejas Arena in San Diego and conclude on July 30 in Warsaw, Poland. The Vancouver date is set for May 5, 2026, at the Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre located at 6066 Thunderbird Blvd on the UBC campus.
Doors for the all-ages event will open at 7 p.m., with the show expected to begin at the venue's standard event time of 8 p.m.. Tickets for the Vancouver concert go on sale to the general public on January 16 at 10 a.m. via Live Nation's website.
New Music and Touring Ambitions
The Whatever's Clever! album is slated for release on March 27, 2026 via Atlantic Records. Fans have already had a taste of the new material with the pre-release single Changes, which dropped in November 2025. The track showcases a slick, retro-inspired pop sound reminiscent of 80s artists like Phil Collins.
Puth's latest single, Beat Yourself Up, is scheduled for release on January 16, 2026. According to the official press release, this tour represents Puth's most ambitious touring schedule to date, promising to bring his crisp pop productions to more international audiences than ever before. The itinerary includes several European festival appearances, which are expected to significantly boost the profile of his new work.
Opening Acts and Canadian Exclusive
For the Vancouver performance, Charlie Puth will be joined by special guests Daniel Seavey and Ally Sallort. Notably, the Vancouver show is currently the only Canadian date listed on this leg of the Whatever's Clever! World Tour, making it a exclusive event for his fans across the country.
This concert marks a significant return for the multiplatinum artist to the live stage, following his high-profile Super Bowl appearance and the launch of a major new album cycle.
