Transgender Adult Film Star Faces Assault Charges After Violent Confrontation

Miami police have arrested transgender pornographic actress La'Rose Sainte following a violent altercation that allegedly occurred after a potential sexual partner refused intimacy upon discovering her religious background. The incident, which took place in February, has drawn significant attention due to its unusual circumstances and the involvement of a public figure in the adult entertainment industry.

Alleged Attack Follows Religious Revelation

According to official arrest documents obtained by authorities, the confrontation unfolded on February 19 when the alleged victim invited Sainte to his apartment for what was intended to be a sexual encounter. Police reports indicate the situation escalated dramatically when the man learned that Sainte does not identify as Jewish and subsequently declined to proceed with intimate activities.

The arrest report details that Sainte allegedly became enraged by this refusal, demanding the man's car keys and cash before physically assaulting him. Authorities state the victim was pushed to the ground and repeatedly struck in the face during the initial phase of the altercation.

Escalation of Violence and Property Damage

After managing to escape the apartment temporarily, the victim returned to find significant property destruction, according to police accounts. Investigators report that Sainte allegedly damaged multiple items including a mirror, refrigerator door handle, and two pairs of sunglasses valued at approximately three hundred dollars.

The situation reportedly intensified further when Sainte allegedly grabbed a shard of broken glass from the damaged mirror and attempted to stab the man, resulting in cuts to his left hand in addition to facial injuries sustained during the earlier physical assault.

Arrest and Legal Proceedings

Law enforcement officials indicate that Sainte fled the scene but was quickly apprehended during a traffic stop. Police report discovering keys to the victim's residence, vehicle, and locks in her possession at the time of arrest.

The adult film performer, who also uses the legal name Jacob Todd Pabellon, faces multiple charges including battery and theft. Following her arrest, Sainte was released from custody on her own recognizance by Judge Marisa Tinkler-Mendez, with an arraignment scheduled for April 20 according to the Miami District Attorney's office.

Defendant Denies Allegations

In response to the charges, Sainte has publicly disputed the official account of events through social media platform X. "If y'all really believe that story that's going around is the truth I hate that for everyone," Sainte wrote in a post reported by media outlets. The performer further indicated intentions to present an alternative version of events, stating the need to "tell my side of the story because this is absolutely insane."

The case continues to develop as both law enforcement and legal representatives prepare for upcoming court proceedings, while public interest remains heightened due to the unusual combination of factors involving adult entertainment, religious identity, and violent criminal allegations.
