A child is in hospital after being struck by a vehicle Tuesday afternoon in northeast Calgary.
Incident Details
The child was riding a scooter and was hit by a truck at the intersection of Taracove Road N.E. and Taravista Drive N.E. shortly before 5 p.m.
Police confirmed the child was conscious but sustained serious injuries and was transported to the Alberta Children's Hospital.
