Edmonton Fire Rescue Services (EFRS) responded to a structure fire at the rear patio of El Cortez restaurant near Whyte Avenue on Thursday night, with no injuries reported.
Fire Response and Timeline
EFRS received reports of a fire near 83 Avenue and Gateway Boulevard at approximately 9:42 p.m., according to an email from EFRS to Postmedia. Crews worked for 30 minutes to bring the fire under control, and it was officially declared out at 11:11 p.m.
No Injuries and Investigation
