The Windsor Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a man wanted in connection with a break and enter investigation involving a stolen utility trailer and all-terrain vehicle.
As part of its 'Wanted in Windsor' initiative, authorities are seeking Bobby St. Jean, 44, in relation to an incident at a storage facility in the 5500 block of Rhodes Drive that occurred in March.
Investigators allege that St. Jean, along with another suspect, gained unauthorized access to the property and stole a utility trailer containing an ATV. The total value of the stolen property is reported to exceed $5,000.
St. Jean has been charged with break and enter and theft over $5,000. Police stated that despite efforts to take him into custody, he has not been located.
'He is known to have ties to the Windsor and Sarnia areas, and his current whereabouts are unknown,' the Windsor Police Service said in a news release.
St. Jean is described as a white male, approximately five feet 11 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds. He has a light complexion, a bald head, blue eyes, a full beard, and a medium build.

The 'Wanted in Windsor' list highlights offenders who are currently evading arrest for various crimes. 'By bringing these cases into the public eye, investigators hope to generate new leads and accelerate efforts to bring these individuals to justice,' police said.
