ATB Financial Names Jocelyn Talvio as New Head of EFS

Jocelyn Talvio has been appointed as the new Group Head of Everyday Financial Services (EFS) at ATB Financial, the company announced on June 30, 2026. Talvio brings 22 years of experience within the organization, having started her career at the branch level.

New Leadership Role

In her new role, Talvio will oversee EFS, which includes more than 250 locations, approximately 2,000 team members, and the Client Care Centre. This division is described as a foundational pillar of ATB Financial and a critical driver of future growth.

Extensive Background

Prior to this appointment, Talvio held key leadership positions within Finance, Treasury, Client Experience & Technology, and EFS, heading up Enterprise Programs, Strategy, Team Member Development, Mortgage Sales, and Pricing. Her appointment underscores ATB Financial’s commitment to internal talent and enhancing the everyday banking experience for clients.
