Canadian country artist Robyn Ottolini will take the stage at Nashville North on Thursday, July 2, as part of the Calgary Stampede's Sneak-A-Peek night. The performance marks the start of the Stampede's 10-day run, which begins this week.
Sneak-A-Peek Night Kicks Off Stampede Festivities
Sneak-A-Peek, traditionally held on the Thursday before the official opening, offers early access to midway rides, food, and entertainment. Nashville North, a popular venue within the Stampede grounds, features live country music throughout the event. Ottolini, known for hits like "F-150" and "Matchmaker," is expected to draw a large crowd.
According to the Calgary Stampede, Sneak-A-Peek night attracts thousands of attendees eager to preview the attractions. The event runs from 6 p.m. to midnight, with Ottolini's set scheduled for the evening.
Ottolini's Rise in Country Music
Robyn Ottolini, originally from Uxbridge, Ontario, has gained recognition in the Canadian country music scene. Her single "F-150" reached the top 10 on Canadian country radio charts, and she has opened for artists like Tim McGraw and Luke Bryan. The Stampede performance is part of her summer tour schedule.
"I'm thrilled to be back at the Stampede and to perform at Nashville North again," Ottolini said in a statement. "The energy of the crowd during Sneak-A-Peek is incredible, and I can't wait to share new music with everyone."
Stampede Attracts Global Attention
The Calgary Stampede, often called "The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth," draws over 1 million visitors annually. The 2026 edition runs from July 3 to July 12, featuring rodeo events, concerts, and agricultural exhibitions. Nashville North remains a key attraction, hosting multiple artists throughout the event.
Organizers emphasize that Sneak-A-Peek offers a discounted admission, with proceeds supporting local charities. The night also includes a fireworks display and special food offerings from local vendors.
