Ottawa Police Seek Witnesses to Stittsville Plaza Assaults
Ottawa police are appealing for witnesses following an assault that occurred Friday evening in a plaza parking lot in Stittsville. The incident took place in the 1200 block of Stittsville Main Street at approximately 9:40 p.m., when officers responded to reports of an assault in progress.
Details of the Incident
Upon arrival, responding officers discovered multiple fights involving several individuals. According to investigators, three victims, all under the age of 18, were transported to hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening. The nature of the altercations and the circumstances leading up to the assaults remain under investigation.
