The first incident took place on June 20 in the 200 block of University Avenue West, where an unknown suspect attempted to steal a parked vehicle but fled when the owner approached. The second incident occurred on June 21 in the 1000 block of Ottawa Street, where a suspect tried to break into a vehicle but was unsuccessful.
